My PostNatal One-on-One Yoga Program offers a safe and nurturing space for new mothers to rebuild strength, release tension and reconnect with themselves and their changing bodies; through gentle movement, appropriate breath-work and grounding practices. You will support your core and pelvic floor, ease shoulder and back discomfort and restore your natural balance of feminine and masculine energy, perfect for mothers seeking the necessary calmness, reassuring mindset and the so-needed moment for themselves. A smooth path towards a regular new daily life where you need to feel stable and solid ahead of the exciting journey of caring for the one.
These practices should begin on the 6th week after giving birth, with the express written permission from your doctor.


A comprehensive 50-hour (12 weeks) Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course designed to deepen your understanding of functional anatomy, energetic pathways and the meditative essence of Yin Practice. This course blends Taoist Philosophy, the structure of The Five Elements and Practical Teaching Skills to help you guide safe, intentional and transformative clases.
My Teacher Training Yin Yoga Course is dedicated to certified yoga teachers who want to go deeper into the world of yoga and are ready to develop their own courses; specifically for those who have already achieved the basic 200 hour Internationally recognised Yoga Instructor Course. The program can be done entirely online (through Zoom), yet if we’re close enough, I encourage a 25% face-to-face meeting schedule.
This course integrates both Theory and Practical Methodologies, including the History and Philosophy of Yoga, the differences between Hatha and Yin Yoga, the origin of Yin Yoga and a comprehensive Base Knowledge of Daoism. We will also dive deeper into Facia System, Meridian Channels, the Five Element Cycles, Breathwork Function and Dynamics and Yin-Yang Theory.
Practical Methods include Posture or Asanas, how to build your own sessions as an instructor and most importantly, a variety of Breathwork techniques. I like to emphasize the importance of developing your own individual character as a guide and for that purpose I highly encourage integrating other bodies of knowledge as well as your own intuition and your connection with your higher-self.
Thanks to my solid background and experience imparting Kundalini Yoga, which is a strong energetic and advanced practice that can generate deep changes, I can both nurture novel teachers as well as advanced adepts into the life-long path of self-awareness, discipline and understanding, which allows us to tailor our curricula to each student’s weaknesses and skills.
